In 2012, the first six production Su-35S units were delivered. These jets introduced the finalized "Glass Cockpit" with two massive MFI-35 liquid-crystal displays, replacing the sea of gauges found in earlier Flankers and allowing the pilot to manage complex sensor fusion.
