Narrow-body
A321XLR
Airbus · Europe
By adding a permanent Rear Centre Tank (RCT) for extra fuel, the XLR can fly 8,700 km. This allows airlines to bypass major hubs and fly "point-to-point" between secondary cities on different continents using a small, efficient jet.
Legacy Fact: It is the first narrow-body capable of regular 10+ hour missions, redefining passenger expectations for long-haul comfort.
